The Art of Mindful Breathing

To begin, find a comfortable seated position. Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in through your nose, feeling your chest and abdomen expand. Exhale slowly through your mouth, noticing the sensations as the air leaves your body. Continue this cycle, allowing your breath to settle into a natural rhythm.

With each breath, bring your attention to the feeling of the air entering and exiting your nostrils. If your mind begins to wander, gently bring it back to the breath, acknowledging any thoughts without judgment.
